For Callum's sixth birthday party, he requested a Star Wars theme and we were happy to oblige. We invited his best friends from the neighborhood and his class at school for a total of about 15 kids and had the party at the cricket pavilion on base. We built legos, made an obstacle course, had lunch and lightsaber duels before digging into the homemade cupcakes Laura made. The grand finale was a game of pass the parcel and a piñata filled with candy which was something of a novelty for the British. Even Nonna and Papa were able to make it since they were visiting that week.
